I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like family. They even assisted me with a low-cost early morning transfer to the pier and provided useful local knowledge. They were also kind enough to let me pet and cuddle their adorable dog. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were amazing. I had one of the best beds I've slept in during my travels. The location was great - close to everything and surrounded by nature and trees. And despite not being on the beach, it was a peaceful retreat away from the crowded full moon party areas. a wonderful experience!

The bungalow at Modern Resort was really cozy and comfortable. I loved the private balcony and the en suite bathroom with a nice shower. It felt like a perfect little hideaway for a budget traveler like me.

Personally, I found the lack of air conditioning a bit challenging, but some guests might enjoy the Bright and airy feel.

The peaceful mornings were a welcome respite from the bustling city center. The room itself was comfortable and surrounded by lush greenery, giving us a sense of being close to nature. It was one of the more affordable options on the island, making it a great choice for budget travelers like us. Although the WiFi wasn't the best for digital nomads, the slight inconvenience was easily overcome by using our own hotspot. And while there were a few mosquitos due to the secluded location, being disconnected from the city and closer to nature made it all worth it. we would recommend this resort to others seeking a budget-friendly and peaceful stay in Haad Rin.
